Room Attendant - Hilton Salt Lake City Center

The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Located in downtown Salt Lake City, our hotel is within walking distance of Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Center mall, and Temple Square. Enjoy nearby outdoor activities at Cottonwood Canyon, which is 40 minutes away, offering hiking, biking, climbing, and skiing. On-site amenities include car rental, Starbucks, and an indoor pool.

Our hotel features 499 rooms and 2,323 square feet of meeting space.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Morning shift; must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and support hotel profitability. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Performing deep cleaning tasks when required
• Stocking and maintaining the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Performing guest turn-down service as needed
