Job Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, and public areas at all times.
2. Reporting maintenance problems.
3. Working quickly without compromising quality and diligence.
4. Keeping room facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
5. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
6. Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms.
7. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
8. Notifying managers of necessary repairs/issues.
9. Collecting and disposing of trash.
10. Assisting guests when necessary.
11. Maintaining high attention to detail.
12. Restocking all necessary room toiletries.
13. Managing time effectively and working efficiently.
14. Delivering items to guest rooms as requested.
15. Assisting other departments as needed.
16. Responsible care of equipment and machines.
17. Supporting the team to reach common goals.
18. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
19. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
20. Performing deep cleaning tasks as required.
21. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting housekeeping supply carts daily.
22. May assist other departments when needed.
