Job Title: Room Attendant

Pay Type: per hour

Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable hotel and guestroom presentation. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will leave a lasting impression on our guests. We encourage our staff to be creative in achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, and public areas.
  2. Reporting maintenance issues.
  3. Working efficiently without compromising quality.
  4. Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  5. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  6. Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
  7. Handling spills appropriately.
  8. Notifying management of repairs or issues.
  9. Disposing of trash.
  10. Assisting guests as needed.
  11. Restocking toiletries and amenities.
  12. Managing time effectively to complete tasks.
  13. Delivering items to guest rooms upon request.
  14. Supporting other departments when necessary.
  15. Maintaining and caring for cleaning equipment.
  16. Supporting team efforts to achieve goals.
  17. Performing deep cleaning tasks as required.
  18. Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supplies.
  19. Assisting with other departmental duties as needed.
Qualifications
