Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The role requires delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining clean rooms and public areas, and supporting the hotel’s standards of safety and hospitality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment within a leading hospitality group that emphasizes development and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, and surroundings to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and essentials.
• Identify items left by guests and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
