Schulte Hospitality Group in Chesterton, IN is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our service-focused team. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to our standards, restock supplies, and follow safety procedures while delivering a warm, hospitable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.

• Identify and report items left by guests per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
