Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant for Angad Arts Hotel St Louis. Join a team committed to service excellence and guest satisfaction in a vibrant hospitality environment.

You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and public areas to brand standards, replenishing supplies, and upholding safety protocols while delivering outstanding guest service. Training and career growth are emphasized within our inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized per standards.
• Maintain clean linen, bedding and towels in rooms.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel property, services and operating hours.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses; report lost items.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
