Job Responsibilities

• Ensure each room is maintained to the highest standards for our guests.
• Assist guests with their needs, such as forgotten items or directions.
• Keep your supervisor informed of progress or issues.
• Monitor and manage supplies to reduce waste.
• Help reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects regularly.

What We Need From You

• This is a physical role; being on your feet most of the day is required.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and pushing/pulling heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel as needed.
• Basic literacy skills in reading, writing, and math.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
