Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens and inspecting cleanliness.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Replace towels and scrub vanity, toilet, tub, mirror, and floor for cleanliness.
• Re-fresh Room: Open windows to improve air quality and ambiance.
• Carpet Care: Vacuum rooms, hallways, and public areas; remove trash behind or under furniture.
• Maintenance Coordination: Report repairs or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold standards.
• Key Security: Keep all room keys secure and accounted for.
• Cart and Storage Organization: Restock and organize carts and storage areas after each shift.
• Trash and Vacuum Maintenance: Empty vacuums and take out trash daily.
• Safety and Security: Report hazards to management.
