A & R Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeper for Home2 Suite in Tillman’s Corner, AL. The Housekeeper will maintain the highest cleanliness standards in all guestrooms and promote guest safety by following strict procedures with respect to keys and entry to guestrooms.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to exceed standards, managing uniforms and supplies, communicating room status to staff, and promptly addressing guest concerns while keeping public areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Must maintain highest cleanliness standards in guestrooms.
• Follow strict safety procedures with respect to keys, entry to guestrooms, and reporting suspicious activity.
• Demonstrate commitment to high quality standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all guestrooms to exceed hotel and company standards.
• Responsible for all uniforms, equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with staff on the status of all cleaned rooms.
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Inform management of any hazardous situations, emergencies or security threats.
