HRI Properties in Richmond, VA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, beds and floors; changing linens; restocking supplies; reporting maintenance issues; and following safety guidelines.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors and amenities.
• Change linens, restock supplies and ensure rooms meet brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and maintain hallways and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and assist with laundry or public areas as assigned.
