Job summary

Pier House is seeking a Room Attendant for the Doubletree Phoenix Midtown to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment in Phoenix, AZ.

The position requires a strong work ethic, good communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 pounds and prolonged standing.

What you will be doing

• Clean and maintain the guest room areas, including bathroom and bedroom, according to company standards
• Organize and stock cleaning cart, and organize linen closets as assigned
• Complete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills or executing special guest requests

• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
