Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all rooms and public areas to standards.

• Stock rooms with soaps, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and follow lost-and-found procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

Bonus Payout: 50% will be paid out after 30 days of continued employment and remaning be paid out after 45 days of continued employment
