Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will perform cleaning, linen changes, restocking, and report maintenance issues, while interacting professionally with guests and teammates. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete rooms and organize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards.
• Bathroom Maintenance: clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Surface Cleaning: dust and wipe furniture and surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
• Restocking: refill toiletries, towels and linens.
• Trash Removal: empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor Care: sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report Maintenance Issues: identify and report needs to supervisor.
• Lost and Found: monitor and report items found.
• Guest Interaction: communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
• Privacy and Security: follow procedures to protect guest privacy.
