Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Basic safety and sanitation practices understood.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to standards: dust, vacuum, beds, linens.
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain fixtures and amenities.
• Dust and wipe furniture and surfaces in rooms and public areas.
• Restock toiletries, towels, linens in guest rooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and hallways.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor lost and found items and report to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests; respond to requests.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
