• Respond to guests' special needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Unload trash from housekeeping carts and stock linen in carts/rooms.
• Transport soiled linen to laundry and report repairs to maintenance.
• Clean restrooms, public spaces and food service areas; maintain pool and gym areas.
