Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking experienced Room Attendants to clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests, maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be part of the property team helping craft a guest-focused environment and will handle daily cleaning duties, stock supplies, and assist with public space care.

Requirements include 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience, ability to follow hotel policies, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous Hotel Housekeeping Experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, change bed linen daily, dust, vacuum and complete daily assignments.
• Maintain housekeeping compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attentive service.
• Unload trash from housekeeping carts and stock linen and supplies.
• Report required repairs to maintenance and keep public spaces clean including restrooms and pool areas.
