Job summary

Holiday Inn and Roberts Centre in Wilmington, OH is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.

Primary responsibilities include thorough cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas; stocking amenities; and maintaining clean storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position (standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, bending, twisting).
• Guest engagement and communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms including mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, and mopping floors.
• Clean guest bedrooms and common areas; replace bedding and clean tables, chairs, lamps, etc.
• Empty trash, vacuum, dust, and mop.
• Replenish amenities (soaps, shampoos, conditioner, coffee).
• Keep storage areas and carts stocked, clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Holiday Inn and Roberts Centre,has immediate openings forRoom Attendant!!Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to maintain guest rooms to ensure an exceptional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleanguest bathrooms, toinclude, mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, shower curtain and mopping floors.
• Cleaning of guest bedroom all areas to include replacing bedding, cleaning tables, chairs, lamps, etc..
• Empty trash, vacuum, dust, and mop.
• Replenish all amenities, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, coffee products etc.
• Keep storage areas and carts well- stocked, clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
