The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Columbus, OH. You will help keep public areas and guest spaces clean and welcoming to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is a plus.
• Keen eye for detail and respect for clean guest rooms and supplies.
• Comfortable with physical work and manual tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors and trash using established cleaning agents.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and product instructions.
• Dust furniture, pictures and shelves; extend arms overhead as needed.
• Clean and polish metal surfaces with careful, repeated motions.
• Maintain clean floors and empty trash; comply with attendance rules.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is looking for our next great team members to join us on our Housekeeping Team. We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Lobby Attendant. For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents by extending arms over head to reach all above areas. Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending and stooping as needed. Thoroughly clean and polish all metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motion. Clean floors and empty trash. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
