Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton West Sacramento is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold our cleanliness standards across guest rooms, back-of-house areas, and public spaces. You will collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a welcoming, spotless environment for every guest.

This role requires US work authorization, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues to engineering or supervisor.
• Thoroughly inspect each guest room after cleaning and before final inspection.
• Communicate recovered lost and found items to supervision.
• Greet guests in hallways, lobby or public areas with a polite greeting.
• Handle keys and communication devices at shift end.
• Follow instructions when filling cleaning chemicals; never mix chemicals.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storerooms, guest laundry areas and corridors.
