Job description

We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn, located just off Hamburg Turnpike, 25 miles from Manhattan. Our hotel features 125 guest rooms and suites, with amenities including the Garden Grille and Bar, serving breakfast and dinner, and proximity to local attractions like Ice Vault Arena.

Role:

1. Clean guest rooms and suites as assigned, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Tasks include cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
2. Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
3. Respond promptly to guest requests, providing excellent customer service.
4. Work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
5. Full-time position requiring availability on weekends and holidays.
