Position Summary

Our Room Attendants ensure the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms and suites, maintaining high standards of quality to enhance guest satisfaction. They pay attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment that supports our reputation for exceptional service.

Essential Functions

• Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Restock items like paper products, soap, and towels.
• Clean exterior entry areas and hallways.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping carts daily.
• Manage key control and report lost and found items.
• Report any unusual situations in guestrooms/suites.
• Handle laundry and dry-cleaning orders.
• Accommodate guest requests while ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Organize linen closets and supply areas.
• Report maintenance needs and handle guest requests or complaints.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Work shifts that accommodate fluctuating business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
