Job summary

Kolter Hospitality in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is hiring a Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean, inviting environment. You will clean rooms, change linens, and replenish amenities while following safety procedures and safety guidelines.

The role requires ability to work holidays and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull a cart up to 250 lbs. A courteous, service‑oriented attitude is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is preferred.
• Experience: Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Hours Required: Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Other Requirements: Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make the beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities/toiletries.
• Load and organize cart, store properly at the end of each shift.
• Receive keys and assigned rooms return at the end of each shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report guest issues.
• Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
