Soho House in South Carolina is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service. You will clean, stock, and service guest rooms to a high standard, handling guest requests promptly with a positive, can-do attitude.

This role requires honesty, organization, reliability, and the ability to follow policies. You will work in a fast-paced hotel setting, supporting a friendly team to maintain pristine spaces and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

• To be a successful Room Attendant you must be honest, organized and dependable and comply with housekeeping policies and procedures.
• You should be passionate about creating tidy spaces with a can-do attitude and great guest service.

Mansioni

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and perform deep cleaning daily; change linen daily.
• Remove linen and trash; clean bathrooms and disinfect.
• Replace used amenities after every guest departure.
• Prepare beds and linen; ensure linen is stain-free and intact.
• Report defects in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors daily.
• Understand property amenities and assist guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

The Role…

A reliable and friendly Room Attendant will provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.

To be a successful Room Attendant, you must be honest, organized, dependable and have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and be passionate about creating and tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude!

Main Duties

• To ensure cleanliness of guest, deep cleaning rooms on the daily basis, ensure all linen is changed on the daily basis.
• Removing of all linen and trash from the room Cleaning of bathrooms and disinfecting.
• Replacing all used amenities after every guest Departure.
• Prepare bed and with linen, ensure linen is free of stain and or rips.
• Reporting of any defects in a guest room and or thru out the hotel.
• Vacuum every room Sweep and mop daily.
• Understanding and knowledge of property amenities.
• Assisting guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
• Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.
• Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
