Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds and change linens, pillowcases, and towels.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, water, and tissues.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs needed.
• Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guest check‑in.
• Respond to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or housekeeping services.
• Follow health, safety, and infection‑control procedures.
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.

Requirements
