Role Overview

In this role, you will excel in delivering outstanding Guest Services as a vital member of our Housekeeping TEAM. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining guest satisfaction by creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their room, you ensure they experience relief and comfort.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement, ensuring complete satisfaction.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly returning lost items or items left behind.
3. Prepare carts with supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms.
4. Demonstrate commitment to cleanliness by dusting, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels.
5. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and work in confined spaces.
• Clean a minimum of 13 rooms per day within deadlines.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous Housekeeping Room Attendant experience preferred.
