Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team in the United States. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards and ensure guest comfort throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to company standards.

• Maintain knowledge of property services, hours, and surroundings.
• Identify and report lost items and assist in general duties as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants).
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items using the hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
