Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards.
• Maintain clean linen, bedding and towels in rooms.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel services, staff, hours and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items left behind and report via lost and found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing \\u201chotels\\u201d lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
