Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at our properties. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, restock amenities, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to standard.
• Ensure clean linen, bedding and towels are provided.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with essentials (soap, tissues, glasses).
• Identify items left by guests and report per procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
