Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to join Remi Hotel in Scottsdale as a Room Attendant, a new Autograph Collection property in the Entertainment District. You will be part of a vibrant team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

As a Room Attendant, you clean guest rooms, respond to requests, restock amenities, and perform deep cleaning and turn-down services as needed. Experience in hotel housekeeping and Marriott brand knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months to one year of hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Marriott brand and cleanliness knowledge is highly preferred.
• Available to work on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust and vacuum.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed.
