1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
2. Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues or damages for prompt resolution.
3. Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies.
4. Restock and manage inventory of guest supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
5. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring comfort.
