The Steward Santa Barbara, a tribute portfolio hotel

is currently seeking experienced Room Attendants who will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests. This role is part of our ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction. Position Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and completing other assigned tasks.
2. Maintain compliance with the Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attentive service.
5. Unload trash from housekeeping carts.
6. Stock linens and supplies in linen rooms or carts.
7. Transport soiled linens to laundry.
8. Report repairs needed to maintenance.
9. Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
10. Responsible for sweeping, waxing, and refuse disposal.
11. Maintain cleanliness of swimming pools and exercise areas.
12. Clean windows and mirrors.
13. Wear proper uniform at all times, including a nametag.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
