Residence Inn Wilmington Downtown is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain sparkling guest rooms and common areas. You’ll clean, restock and present rooms to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

As a team member, you’ll follow established cleaning procedures, communicate with supervisors, and contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that helps guests feel at home. Full-time, on-site position with benefits offered.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
