Your Role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Clean and restock guest rooms each shift, ensuring they meet high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of missing items or maintenance issues; ensure rooms are fully stocked and in top condition.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, making guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Follow pre-cleaning duties like stocking supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized and clean.
• Handle lost and found items properly, returning belongings to owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (a plus).
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Flexible availability.
