Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aRoom Attendant – Housekeeping.In this role, you willberesponsible forthe cleaning, sanitation, & resetting of guest rooms. This includes tasks such as changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming,& replenishingroom amenities.

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’llmaintainclean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive,courteousand efficient service to all guests.

$15/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Previoushousekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting helpful but notrequired
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of forcefrequentlyor constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
