Lm Services Corporation Group is seeking a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping department. You will clean guest rooms, stock supplies, and maintain public areas to meet high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include making beds, dusting, restroom cleaning, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues to a supervisor. Ability to lift and push/pull up to 150 pounds may be required, with flexible schedules in a hospitality setting.

Position Title: Room AttendantDepartment: HousekeepingReports To:Date Written/Revised: June 4, 2014POSITION SUMMARYTo clean and stock guest rooms to ensure the company’s high standards of cleanliness.EXAMPLES OF DUTIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Spot clean stains on walls, doors, carpet and furniture.Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 pounds. Change all bed linen including bed skirt, mattress topper and pillow protector as needed.Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Check under bed to remove trash or other debris. Maintain cleanliness of public space, i.e.: lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.Sign for keys, retrieve, push cart weighing up to 150 pounds. Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion of room.
