Position Details:

Title: Room Attendant

Immediate Supervisor: Executive Housekeeping Manager

Major Functions:

• Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet standards.

Essential Functions:

• Provide high-quality service to guests.
• Clean and prepare rooms, including fixtures, furniture, and bathrooms.
• Replenish supplies and assist with general cleaning tasks.
• Complete daily projects and maintain cleanliness of carts and storage areas.
• Report damages and discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Follow uniform and safety standards, including lifting requirements.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
