Job description

Our Courtyard Palm Desert is currently seeking experienced Room Attendants to join our team. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a growing hotel management company.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and completing other assigned tasks.
2. Maintain compliance with Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
4. Ensure room cleanliness and attend to guest needs for satisfaction.
5. Unload trash and restock linen and supplies.
6. Transport soiled linen to laundry and report repairs needed.
7. Clean public spaces, restrooms, and food service areas.
8. Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas.
9. Clean windows and mirrors, and ensure proper uniform and appearance standards are met.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
