We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and in good condition.
- Restock room supplies, such as toiletries and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
