Job summary

Wilson Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to create a fresh, clean and welcoming guest experience in our hotel. You will work closely with housekeeping leaders to ensure rooms meet WHM standards and brand guidelines, while maintaining a tidy environment and efficient workflow.

The role offers hands-on training, a clear pay progression from $13.50 to $15.04 per hour as certifications are completed, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Warm, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help create a great guest experience.
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person.
• Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance and Transportation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and items are in place.
• Ability to work independently, manage your room list, and stay motivated.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.

What You’ll Do

Create a Clean, Comfortable Guest Experience

The starting rate for the Room Attendant position is $13.50 per hour, and the first-year certification progression now provides an earnings pathway to $15.04 per hour through successful completion of required assessments and certifications.
