Job summary

LINE Austin is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will ensure clean, comfortable rooms and public areas, change linens, and maintain supplies with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability and a collaborative spirit. We offer a on-site work environment with opportunities for growth and competitive wages along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Related hospitality experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrates teamwork, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Notify supervisor about rooms needing maintenance or out of order.
• Clean hotel rooms and public spaces daily and restock supplies.
• Change all bedding between guests, including duvet covers.
• Maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
• Keep storage areas organized and report shortages promptly.
• Communicate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with additional tasks such as deep cleaning and project support.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.

We are seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Notify immediate supervisor about any hotel rooms that need to be placed out of order for maintenance concerns


• Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms, public spaces and back of house daily


• Ensure all bedding, including duvet covers, are changed between each guest


• Continually maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure adequate supplies in accordance with established par levels and timeframes


• Maintain the storage rooms with at least one (1) par clean at all times


• Report and correct deficiencies noted in hotel rooms or public areas to the appropriate individuals


• Ensure your immediate supervisor knows where you are located in the hotel at all times


• Assist in the timely completion of all projects including mattress rotation, window washing, deep cleanings, etc.


• Maintain constant communication between all departments


• Notify immediate supervisor of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment


• Possess knowledge of all hotel services and amenities


• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area


• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations as instructed by OSHA
