A luxurious boutique hotel located in downtown Merced, California, El Capitan Hotel offers a unique road trip experience with 114 guest rooms, a historic theater, and four distinct dining options, reflecting the vibrant Central Valley community.

What you'll do:

1. Thoroughly clean guest rooms following Standard Operating Procedures and complete in-room checklists.
2. Replenish amenities such as towels, water, and bathroom supplies as needed.
3. Sanitize all high-touch items in guest rooms daily.
4. Report maintenance issues by notifying your supervisor about rooms that need to be taken out of service.
5. Identify and report deficiencies in guest rooms to the appropriate personnel.
6. Assist with projects like mattress rotation, window washing, and deep cleaning to ensure timely completion.
7. Greet guests warmly and provide a genuine welcome to make them feel valued.
8. Maintain knowledge of all guest services and amenities offered.
9. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld in the work area.
10. Respond promptly to guest comments and concerns, informing supervisors and applying corrective measures when necessary.

Who you are:
