Job summary

The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, Auberge Collection is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are spotless and welcoming. You will make beds, vacuum, dust, and restock amenities while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Join our team to inspect rooms for maintenance issues, follow safety and cleanliness policies, and assist guests with requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• One year housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Able to communicate in basic conversational English with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
