Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas according to company procedures, ensuring a level of cleanliness that meets or exceeds company standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Stocks housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities for proper room cleaning.
• Knocks and observes proper procedures before entering guest rooms.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms, stocks amenities, and completes housekeeping checklists.
• Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection.
• Reports damages or hazards in guest rooms, such as broken furniture or lights.
• Secures guest room doors upon exit.
• Maintains neat corridors and service areas.
• Returns lost and found items and guest room keys.
• Follows all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Knows fire prevention and emergency procedures.
• Uses protective equipment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Reports accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance as per the employee handbook.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and assists team members as needed.
