Overview

Maintain hotel rooms and the building to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests, associates, and vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clean bathrooms, mirrors, tiles, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning tools and agents, including reaching overhead, bending, and stooping.
2. Follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents safely.
3. Strip, change, and make beds, including lifting bedspreads weighing up to 50 lbs.
4. Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves thoroughly.
5. Vacuum and empty trash in guest rooms.
6. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies.
7. Manage room keys, restock carts, and inspect rooms for cleanliness, marking completion.
8. Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to scrub surfaces, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Team player willing to assist coworkers.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $22.59
No tips or service charges applicable.
No discretionary bonuses.
