Position Overview

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and promote hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically
• Maintain and transport housekeeping supplies
• Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Perform guest turn-down service when required
