• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe with high quality.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Handle guest requests in a professional, courteous, timely manner and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage closets, and equipment in organized condition.
• Adhere to key control procedures and protect guest privacy and property.

About The Role

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping department, you will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities in line with department guidelines
• Inspect rooms for overall cleanliness, maintenance issues, and proper functioning of equipment, reporting any defects or damages promptly
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage closets, and equipment in clean, organized, and stocked condition
• Adhere to key control procedures and protect guest privacy and property at all times
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces as needed
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and supervisors to meet daily room assignment goals and special requests
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs and ensure adequate coverage

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or similar experience preferred but not always required
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule, including holidays as needed
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing carts, and standing or walking for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions, safety information, and interact with guests and team members
• Willingness to follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
