The Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago ensures our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests. Your role is vital in providing an enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Inspect and clean appliances, including coffee makers
• Organize linen closets, restock carts, and prepare for each shift
• Greet and assist guests courteously during your shift
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and proactive approach
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
