Job summary

Mission Resort + Club in Lake County, FL is seeking a dependable Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms to the highest standards, restock amenities, and help create a welcoming environment for every guest.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of housekeeping experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to resort standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize furniture, floors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and missing or damaged items.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to resort procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously while respecting guest privacy.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping leadership and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
