SPIRE Hospitality, based in Healdsburg, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant. In this role you will deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere from the moment guests enter their room.

You will perform cleaning duties, prepare carts, restock supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests while upholding safety standards. The position offers compensation of $19–$20 per hour DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2 years housekeeping experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push 100 lbs on carts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our guests by addressing requests promptly with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction includes the prompt return of lost items left behind in our hotels.
• Prepare carts with necessary supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms.
• Dust surfaces, dispose of trash, clean bathrooms, and refresh bed linens and towels in guestrooms.
• Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will excel in delivering outstanding Guest Services as a vital member of our Housekeeping TEAM. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining guest satisfaction by creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their room, the attendant ensures they experience a sense of relief and comfort.

Compensation - $19 - $20 / Per hour DOE

Essential Job Functions

• Provide exceptional service to our guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Ensure guest satisfaction includes the prompt return of lost or items accidentally left behind in our hotels
• Prepare carts with all necessary supplies to ensure seamless and efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms throughout the day
• Demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing bed linens and towels in guestrooms, ensuring every detail shines with perfection
• Report supply levels and any equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
• Push and pull wheeled carts weighing up to 50 - 100lbs
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces
• Meet deadlines, including thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• Previous Housekeeping Room Attendant experience preferred

Experience
