Job summary

Half Moon Bay Lodge in Half Moon Bay, CA is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and corridors to our standards. You will support housekeeping with laundry tasks and report any maintenance needs, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a friendly, team-oriented spirit and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to follow established policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cleaning roles preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Clean guest rooms to standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and bathrooms.
• Follow Company policy for room upkeep and security measures.
• Assist with laundry as needed and report maintenance items for immediate attention.

Job description

Half Moon Bay Lodge is looking for a dynamic Room Attendant to join the team! The room attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways and other areas as assigned and complying with Company standards.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the job include but not limited to:

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel
• Communicate effective with guests and fellow team members.
• Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls,
• Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General
• Follow Company policy for room
• Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager
• Maintain complete security of master room Return the key at the end of shift.
• Never leave the property with
• Report any maintenance items that need immediate
• Assist with laundry as
• Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by

Pay Range: $17.91 - $18.50 per hour
